Uh axo has a new house this year

the alpha chi house isn’t new. the front just got a facelift, it’s still the same terrible house on the inside. the stairs were literally collapsing last year and they couldn’t even recruit out of it.

I do not mind paying more for a nicer house. I refuse to be in a dump., there is no reason houses here should be a dump. At Florida All houses here have rich alumni. Money can be raised for a new house. I am a PNM this fall , my sister is in a srst with a beautiful house. So worth it.

Pi phi is on the cheaper side and they have single rooms, no communal bathrooms
