Homecoming pairs
by: PnmHi everyone. I’m an incoming pnm with very little Greek life knowledge. I was wondering how homecoming pairs work. How and why are they decided? What were they this year? Why do they matter in rankings? I’m really not looking to join “top tier” or anything, I prefer a sorority with a strong sisterhood and involvement. I’m just curious about homecoming pairs, I just keep reading them being included in the rankings.

Agree with HC pairs response. Pairs really mean nothing and don’t define houses. Houses pair up with different srats/frats for social events during the year, for tailgates and homecoming. It’s just another party. Changes every year. Some houses place a lot of emphasis on it as far as how they view their status while most others just like having a good time and meeting new people and mixing it up each year.
