lol their pc looks the same as any other bottom tier sorry! i could say the same thing abt phi mu being cuter these past couple of years too (AND their sisterhood is better, they have a house, and they’re very involved on campus)
besides, a new house isn’t gonna make them soar to middle tier bffr. sk and gphi have relatively new mansions and their houses didn’t help their ranking at ALLLL. y’all can keep telling yourselves that lmfao

also… trying to peddle urselves as “the hot girls of bottom tier” is not going to make other sororities like y’all. like can you really recruit based on looks when you don’t have the option to be that selective in the first place? Bragging that u got pretty girls that were dropped from all the top and middle houses for being weird and mean is NOT the flex u think it is…….

Ddd HAD to do spring rush. Horrible sisterhood, girls drop in droves. ADPi has a great retention rate, they never have do spring rush or cob or snap bids. Good luck DDD . Rush is going to SUCK for you.

normally i’d agree but their past mc has been better, definitely changing their looks. and the house will be good for them
