theta reputation?

my cousin is in theta and she obviously speaks really highly of the house. she is a bit of a party girl and i assumed she was the exception to the rest of her house, but now i’m on this site and not sure. i’m definitely looking for a more traditional sec sorority experience. is theta a party/“sleazy” house?

Be in a nice house with classy people. No black out drunks and no falling down and hooking up with the entire frat house. Theta sucks. No morals or principles.
