adpi is now def bottom of top tier, maybe top of mid
by: pls stopadpi keeps posting rankings with them #1 on here because they know they have fallen to the very bottom of the top tier. maybe top of mid. For two years now they couldn't secure a hoco pairing first round and they've been every top frat's second/third choice for two years. typically people say AOPI and DG are bottom of top but they got phi delt and beta first round and adpi is SAE and pikapp's third choice so imo adpi is def the new bottom of top. maybe top of mid w theta. pikapp is mid and SAE is struggling to get their reputation back to top after being kicked off campus so that's genuinely bad. This post is gonna get drowned by the ADPI bots on this site posting that they r top though lol.

I don’t think all that you say is accurate. ADPI had ATO last year and they are generally considered #1. Your verbiage was sad last year to the very end and it was wrong
On the other hand, they are not where they were a few years ago. DDD has climbed every year. DG has risen too but DDD now has the highest return rates.
All of these houses have been top for decades. ADPI just needs to stop resting on their reputation and get more serious about recruitment just like DDD and DG did several years ago

Ddd had to do Spring rush in 2023 ! So did DG. Top houses do not do Spring rush. Ddd did not have the highest return rates. Ddd is not desired like adpi, Kd and Zta. Period. The self ranking has to stop. Dg just keeps on falling and a new house will not save them. Adpi , Kd and Zta did not do spring rush.

Ato is the top frat at UF and they did HC 22 with Adpi . The top with the top.
