Kappa's are definitely really nice. I have a friend in Kappa and have met more through her and all are super funny and friendly. Very down to earth. Don't know about others personally but I also haven't heard anything bad or negative about them.

Kd and Adpi are the nice girls in the top. Genuine, kind and thoughtful girls. They keep their clothes on .

Nice girls are mostly in:
ADPi, KD, Chi O, Phi Mu, Kappa
There are some nice girls in every chapter but I would say these houses have the “nice girl” reputations more than others.

kappas are just like there and will ignore u. the phi mu's i've met and literally pregamed w were really superficial and didn't talk to me because i wasn't in a sorority... chio are all super nice but can be a bit annoying i enjoy them tho they will include u. dz has some good some bad.

there are nice girls in every sorority, there are mean girls, there are fashionistas, partiers and studious girls. You just need to find the atmosphere you like and you'll find your group in the house. But Kappa and Chi O definitely have that nice sweet girl kind of vibe.
