Not in either house, but Pi Phi is same line as Theta. Different kinds of girls but are most sought after mid houses after AOPi and DG.

yes, but the only reason that girls want pi phi is because they’ve self ranked all over this site so hard. genuinely, if you put every single member of the new pi phi pc next to phi mu, i could not tell you the difference, except that pi phi maybe looks more liberal. this sorority may have a good sisterhood, but they’re getting bottom tier girls looks wise, and frats are noticing.

Not in theta or Pi Phi. I have friends in both houses. Theta is hotter than Pi phi. Much hotter Both are big party houses , theta handles their liquor phi phi does not. Phi phi has a much better sisterhood , theta does not. Pi Phi has much nicer girls, theta not so much. Frats like theta, frats do not phi phi at all. Both houses are irrelevant and the physical houses are crappy.
