Spring Rush COB
by: laur04I’ve been offered a bid to a sorority I def like! I have until right before the weekend to accept my bid but I’ve been invited to two other private events that are during the weekend and one of the events for the one I love has 50 girls invited. I’m confused on what to do because if I don’t accept the bid from the one I like then I miss out completely because what if I don’t get anything from the other two even though one of them is the sorority I absolutely love. Any thoughts? I’m so confused

I have heard people say Pi phi, axo, and chio have sent people responses. Pi phi is the only one i have heard has planned an event and has invited people.

tbh if you’re not feeling 100% sure about the house that gave you a bid, then i would go to pi phi’s event and check them out (even if that means losing out on the first bid, and maybe even pi phi as well). if you don’t accept a bid then you can always re-rush in the fall and get to meet all the houses instead!! don’t feel pressured into making this decision out of fomo. once you sign your bid, that’s going to be your sorority and you won’t get another shot at re-rushing. there are 18 houses on this campus and i guarantee 1 will be a fit for you!

The house pressuring you to give an answer before the weekend doesn’t care about what is best for you and they most likely know there r events this weekend that they don’t want u going to
Rush isn’t about meeting girls in one chapter, you should have the opportunity to meet women from each one ur interested in

This whole thread is phi phi trying to call attention to themselves. No one gives a crap. Truly good houses do not have to do spring rush all the time. Phi phi sucks and so does AXO !
