Tridelta did spring but DG did not
It’s rare that a top house ever does spring rush and it means they have had more girls go inactive than the others.

Speaking from firsthand knowledge- Plenty of “top” tiers COB either right around fall bid day or in the spring- they are just super secretive about it so they can continue to talk badly about other chapters who openly do
