i don’t think they’ve been upper mid since like 2018.. def on par with xo and dz, maybe even axo. theta is definitely more desired than them

Based on looks, I’d say Pi Phi way lower. They have some good involvement, and a semi-strong sisterhood. But that’s not really what frats want. So rankings based on frats, or involvement? They are super liberal tho. And their house….well…..
