IFC cost paid semester or yearly?

as the title says, when you go to IFC total payment amount per frat, is that cost paid yearly or semesterly (minus the initiation fee)?

So how each frat collects their own dues is kind of up to them and not regulated by IFC. That said, most collect semesterly or monthly, although with options to pay ahead.

Most prices on the IFC site are not right most are the price between 2-2.5k for all frats all cost included. The ones that are <2k or over 3k are wrong. The price is semesterly and can be paid in one large sum or some have payment plans.
