can you get a cob from a house you only saw in philanthropy or is that unlikely?

The only houses that generally do COB are the ones who don’t make quota and/or don’t have chapter total. Is that house top tier? If so, these houses rarely do cob.


Dont count on COB unless it’s lower tier but it’s possible that none willl entertain COB.
