by: noadpi is not top anymore they have had terrible pcs the past three years since they were off row building their new house; they have racial allegations recently and their new member period is filled with bible studies... they are not inclusive at all. frats have started socializing with "lesser" sororities more than them like theta. you can't make this up to pnms in the fall please be aware they put all of their pretty tall skinny blondes in the front and talk bad about anyone that does not meet their beauty standards (shown with the recruitment chair who stands at the front of the door with their clipboard either writing a check next to your name or no check). trust that you will find the proper house for you that will make you feel like you are home. if you are tier chasing go for zta tri delt or dg if you want a top tier that is more chill aoii and kd is the move.

I picked aoii over zta and my best friend picked kd over adpi last year. Best decision ever. Zta and adpi had the worst sisterhood of the pc 21s so many of my mutual dropped before they could be initiated. To the pnms reading this you have a lot of competition between the sophomores that are re rushing. A lot of the top tier sororities know about them and are fighting for them

omg theta pleease. adpi is not tippity top anymore like they were for a while but they’re still top tier. it’ll take a few more mediocre pc’s and one more embarrassing incident before they’re relegated to upper mid and u get your precious top tier spot.
theta is not as competitive as the top 6 houses sorry!!! and you’ll always see way more adpi’s than thetas at top tier frat date functions …..
also idgy theta wants to be top tier so badly…. upper mid is a fun place to be??

ADPI had a top pc in 2019. That was the year that they had no house. The last two have not been up to their typical standard. DDD has killed it the past 3 years. KD has improved because they were dropping like a rock with snap bids until recently. ZTA is not where they once were but all of these are still top tier.
ADPI needs to get a better class this year but they are still top. DG is not where the top 4 are and theta is even lower.

adpi’s pc19 was actually one of their worst ones recently bc they had no house and u would know this if u were actually on the other side of rush. a LOT of the girls they wanted went KD and DDD instead. so that means a whole house of worse pc’s than average…
