Aphi on the rise?

I’ve heard people saying alpha phi is going to rise when they get a house. Thoughts?

I honestly don’t think aphi is all that for a sorority and actually prefer gphi/aephi to them but they do recruit more strongly than the other bottom houses so once they get a house i’m sure they’ll be with phi mu or near the top of bottom. i don’t see them being middle tier anytime soon though. their face team were girls dropped by the other sororities for reputation/grade/attitude problems.
