IMO when a chapter is awarded Panhellenic Chapter of the Year - PM - you are definitely not bottom tier and way above chapters that have only been on campus since 2016.

Ato and Sigma Chi are for sure the best pc’s, beta should be mid in my opinion if not bottom, kids are weird af there and phi delt is good but doesn’t have a pc, how are they on here?

Or has zta really taken a nose dive. I personally think the top 3 are adpi, Kd and Tridelt. I am not in any of those houses . Zta has.neen struggling the last 3 yeats.
