Alpha Phis house??

probably not any time soon. not many wanted alpha phi until no other options this year

mid top lol chill out. i agree they have potential but they’ve only been here 2 years and don’t have a house. they’ll probably have a finished house within the next 2-3 years bc there are submitted plans with UF.
if anything they’re still dead bottom bc they’re so new. UF has pretty traditional rankings and tiers and houses don’t really move up or down more than a few spots in a decade. this attitude that they’ll be upper mid in a few years is unrealistic and arrogant. alpha phi, if you think like this instead of being fun friendly laidback girls (that ik plenty are), no other sorority will like you. and having the same frat relations as phi mu doesn’t make you closer to middle tier, either. so please chill w the self ranking

Where will it be built?

This is how they operate at new schools, esp in the south. nationally, they pick girls based on looks above all else.

they're climbing the ranks at schools like uga, and while they have a lot of hot girls, they took girls that were grade or risk reputations that were cut from all the top and respected middle houses.

they want to break ground on a house in the spring but they need to get their loan approved first. they're still planning on building between pi phi and snu
