srat cuts harsh??

I feel like srat cuts were super harsh this year, maybe I just didn't know how it worked well enough but damn 18 to like 5-8 chapters per pnm based on a 90 sec video

thats rush for ya, its more than the 90 second video. its prevotes, the video, overall numbers. dont take it too personally.

This is typical. There are big cuts prior to second round, especially in top and mid tiers.

I do think one difference this year is that many PNMs May fall through the cracks if they didn’t keep social media open or if they didn’t submit a video

Try not to take it personally, especially this year. Srats had to make decisions that were very tough in a virtual recruitment environment.

i literally have 3 left, and my gpa, resume, and everything were good. I'm confused how this happened, I'm wondering if it's because I'm from out of state and know no one in sororities here.

You probably didn't do anything wrong! 1500 girls, 18 chapters = big cuts had to made according to Pan rules for rounds during recruitment.

you didn’t do anything wrong. You don’t want to be in the houses that cut you, you want to be in a house that wants you. Things will work out

We have 18 chapters and every one is great! Don’t let all the ranking stuff get to you. You will find your home. In reality, all sorority women have friends in other houses and people don’t go around obsessing about the ranks. Someone (phi Mu?) is bumping up all the ranking posts. I guess that’s all they want you to see.
