Some reshuffle since the suspensions and since delta chi and tep are back but start at the bottom considering they have been gone for years.

call me crazy but id put dx and tep on the same level as snu/dsig or even chi phi/agr. ik dx was better than tep before they were kicked off but im pretty sure that they've been gone longer so I'd put them at the same level for now. their igs are following/followed by top tier girls like dgs and aoiis, and they still threw parties (at least tep) underground.
tl;dr They're "new" but they still have better chapter sizes/connections than the other bottom tiers.

Understandstable but fall 20’s would have no idea who they were but since they are just back they are there. But will rise quickly
