Top tier order for frats is all screwed up, chi phi is too high, sigep is above them, ZBT should be with delta sig.

Phimu is whay too high they’re top of bottom at best, pi phi is top of mid, same with theta, Aopi is top tier, and kappa is lower mid.

Why is the frat tier structure: 6 top tier frats, 7 Upper mid tier frats, 6 lower mid tier frats, 5 base tier frats?
Shouldn’t it be 6 top, 6 upper mid, 6 lower mid, 6 base
