This is it. Lot of tied ranks based on preferences - some houses are really different yet equally strong. DDD just as good as KD, CHI O same as Deeph (but could not be more different ). There's 18 houses for reason - it's not one size fits all. Everyone who wants a house will get a house. Just don't focus on one sorority only. Recipe for heartbreak.

Theta has dropped. I think pi phi is better than Theta. Axo is not a middle tier house no mater how the try to push themselves into the middle kappa is bottom tier too.
