Summary for PNMs:
Top tier = best girls, choose the recruitment class they want. Forced to make huge cuts during recruitment since almost no one cuts them (ZTA and ADPI especially). Campus involvement, top fraternity pairings, strong alumni. Strong sisterhood, big chapter sizes, beautiful houses. Smart girls, and yes, the prettiest girls on campus. Always make quota, almost never participate in spring rush. Decent amount of haters, which happens when a chapter cuts over 1,000 girls a year during recruitment. There is a lot of "I didn't like them anyway; so fake". This is from the same PNMs that were crying their eyes out when they got their invite cards back and had been cut by top tier. It's a brutal process, but top tier srats take their pick of the 1400+ going through rush. That's a lot of hurt feelings when they have to cut people.

Middle = good girls, including nice girls cut from top srats. Involved on campus, pairs with middle fraternities. Sometimes participate in spring rush. Do not make a lot of cuts during rush. If you like them, go for it!

Lower tier = girls who were cut by top and middle. Typically participate in spring rush to try and increase numbers. Some chapters are very involved but lack the member numbers that top chapters have. Pairs with bottom tier and/or small fraternities. Many great individuals in these chapters. Good place to look if you want to rise in the ranks quickly and be a leader.

These are the ranks. No "TOR" numbers will change this. If you don't care about ranks, then you probably shouldn't' be on greek rank and by all means, if you don't care about rank, join any sorority you like!
