i wouldn’t say it’s fixed but it’s kinda predictable and there are clear trends. if you’re from south florida and know girls coming here, i guarantee at least half will go a more ~soflo house (DG AOII THETA DPHIE). if you’re from tampa, you will know more girls going ADPI and ZTA. if you’re trom orlando you will know more girls going KD. there will always be exceptions to the rule though because every person going through rush is different and having different experiences
