Sorority house ranking

This post is based on the physical house each sorority has.
Nicest houses: DG/GPHI/SIG KAP/TRI DELT/ADPI
(assuming ADPI is finished by fall)
Nice house: KD/ZTA/PHI MU/DZ
Average house:AXO/ XO/ AOPI/ AEPHI/KKG
Not as nice: PI PHI/ DEEPH/ THETA
No house: APHI
Pi phi is lower due to it being really far from classes on frat row. Theta is in a less nice area with it sharing a fence with subsidized living. The Deeph house had plumbing issues and is really really old.
DG, TRI DELT, GPHI, SIG KAP, are all newer/brand new houses and are all beautiful.
ADPI is being build and looks massive.
ZTA recently did a full remodel and Pi Mu recently did an addition.
Aephi, DZ, Theta, Deeph, Pi Phi, and maybe Kappa (unsure) all have large parking lots that makes living there easier (no searching for a spot in the garage late at night!)
