Keeps getting deleted, going to split up the reasoning into tiers.
Top: Machi consistently lands top srats for hoco and has moved up socially to the top line. Phi Delt lost fort, but is still one of the best fraternities for parties and that's not changing. Beta is a solid 2nd line choice, clearly better than bottom of the top, but definitely under Machi/Phi Delt, not much movement expected. Girls love their philanthropy tho. ATO has one of the best legacies, but they aren't the ATO they used to be 5-10 years ago. SAE's hoco pair isn't top tier, but they still usually pair with top srats and know how to throw a good tailgate. Theta Chi has moved up in the past few years and still has more potential, landed AOPi and KD the past 2 years and bringing back relations with other top tier srats.

Lower Mid: Most fraternities in this tier aren't super far off from each other. Phi Tau has definitely improved, but not significantly. Sig Ep doesn’t have homecoming this year and could pretty much just be considered a club. You're not getting the real fraternity experience, but you won't have to put in much work, so there's that. The main edge they have over Phi Tau is Alpha Chi likes them. Lambda Chi is mostly known for their slushees but has some areas they need to improve on to move up. AGR is a super chill fraternity, but they're small and very niche specific. If you like hunting and you're a real country boy then they might be for you. Sigma Nu is another small fraternity that usually has to pair with someone to have a homecoming. Used to be on par with AGR but couldn't keep up. Chi Phi used to be bigger, but they haven't had a rush in like 2 semesters and can't rush in the Fall because they're suspended. They haven't been able to have socials for like a year and have def fallen off.

Who the F cares about charity, grades or any other BS. Hookups & puttin the P in the V are all that matters. Or puttin the P in the 3. Well hand makes it 4 LMAO.

Base: Delta Sig is a newer fraternity that was making progress, but now they're losing their house and the "new frat hype" has worn off.
ZBT has been around a bit longer but never gained traction. Fiji has and always will be at the base. They're a very small fraternity, the smallest that still has a house. Odds are you won't end up here. DU is the nerdy fraternity you see in movies. If video game brocials are your taste, stop by. TKE doesn't have a house and honestly I have no clue how they recruit enough to stay active. Props to them for that I guess.
