Incident Date: Fall 2019 Semester
Incident Description: hazing new members/potential new members of your organization during the Fall 2019 semester. The allegations included concerns that your chapter was having new members engage in behaviors such as line-ups, blindfolding, physical calisthenics such as push-ups/sits-up, along with experiencing demeaning behaviors such as being yelled at for poor performance as a new member/potential new member. Additionally, it was alleged that your organization did not comply with all the sanctions/expectations established from a prior conduct resolution in the Fall 2018 semester
