this is legitimate, and if folks simply based their decisions on an anonymous, random, person's statistics, then this might be helpful, but this is not the way membership is decided. There are other factors. Folks meet during organized events and have face to face conversations. Potential members see the members and look at the facilities. They mutually decide if there is a connection of not. Basing decisions on TOR would be like deciding where to attend college based solely on statistics. It might look great and seem to make sense on paper, but could be the worst fit for you in reality.
