Explanations:
Top:
Hasn’t been this volatile in a while. Machi at 1 because rumors of ATO and Beta hazing allegations that are going around. Also Phi Delt is losing Fort and their nationally a dry house, so we’ll see what happens there, still top because of sorority relations, but time will tell.
Upper:
Most ranks just do TOP/MIDDLE/BOTTOM, which would make sense if we had 8 houses in each tier (which no one does) but I think adding an “upper mid” fixes that problem. OX has been where they're at for a while, but seem pretty stagnant or maybe just comfortable with where they are. SAE has slipped recently. They rely too much on their house and tailgates, not well rounded enough. Pi Kapp and Delt both have great houses for game days and similar sorority relations, right below OX and SAE but not quite their yet, give it a semester or two and we'll have a better idea of what will happen there. Pike and KA would be in the same conversation if they didn’t take so many Santa Fes, so they get their own line because of that.
Mid:
No real in-depth explanations for these, just kind of personal opinion.
Rest:
Either in trouble, unhoused, or just weak overall

If it’s more of a social rank why is delt, pi Kapp, and ka even around pike sae and OX. Have fun pairing/ having social calendars with just mid tier girls!

Who says it's a social rank? Even so, for one thing Delt has the best tailgate parties period. When sororitys ask you out, it doesn't count for much. And Pike and DG are both getting suspended I hear.

No one in the real Greek community thinks that delt and pi Kapp are the same or close to SAE OX and Pike. Not nearly the same social calendar, not the same quality sorority relations, not as fun, less facey, and just not as good as the other three. This is just another typical GR troll rank hah

i think you’re taking this way too seriously but for starters they said pikapp and delt are below sae and ox, and to give them a few semesters. stop acting like things can’t change, with all the top houses in trouble especially is why i say this... if beta pike and ato can’t rush in the fall u don’t think that’ll hurt and delt and pikapp and even other fraternities might end up getting some of those guys? maybe get out of your little bubble.. at least this guy explained himself unlike you just speaking for the “greek community”

the whole point of upper mid is its the houses inbetween the mid tier and the top.. if u dont think pike ka pi kapp and delt are at least somewhat better than say aepi phi tau and sigep then u must not get out much

Beta's is definitely not serious, they got the lowest level of disciplinary action possible. ATO I have no idea, but anything to do with pledging usually isn't very good.

Just to get this out of the way, this list was clearly made by a delt because there's no way they're even close to any of those fraternities near them. Pike and KA are far above them. Sig Ep is also way below Pi Lam and Phi Tau, but nobody in Sig Ep uses greekrank since their page got downrated to oblivion so that's another obvious troll.
Inb4 "You just hate delt", considering that every other commenter seems to agree with me maybe there's a good reason girls don't like delt. It doesn't mean that your fake dislikes are fooling anyone. Just figured you should know that you're wasting your time with all of these rankings 🤷♀️
