sorority rec letters sent where
by: helphi sorry to bother but do recommendation letters for sororities need to be submitted electronically or physically mailed to the address given on uf pan website? I am just confused because it says on the national sorority page that there is an online reference form or printed reference form so do we have the choice of doing either? thanks so much!

If you are rushing in two weeks it is getting really LATE and the recs need to go in NOW! The fastest way is electronically. Each of your rec writers will need to go to their national's website and log in and follow the instructions and then send the rec form to the chapter email listed on the UF panhellenic site. The women who are writing your recs also have the option to print out the paper version and send to the physical address (usually for older alumnae who are used to doing it this way) but really it is quicker and easier to just fill out and send electronically. There are only forms; the term "letter" is outdated. Don't forget to thank your rec writers!

Yes, many sororities accept those recs but not all of them. That info is available on each sorority's national website.
