theta , Pi Phi , Axo , Aopi , And Delta Phi epsilon all need to get a new house . Some of these chapters are known for having best houses at other schools Idont see why they can’t at UF , I hope they are making plans for one with their nationals about it . It will also be really nice for them to get one specially Pi phi .

Pi phis house is all paid off thats why they have the cheapest dues. The girl who rushed me this year said that and that they are probably renovating rooms but idk if thats true

I refused to join a house that is a dump including Zta and Pi phi. Everyone needs new houses

I couldn’t agree anymore out of all the southern schools and stuff UF sorority houses are not the prettiest it’s like wth .

y'all are some snobby rich girls.... there are so many more important things in a chapter than the way their house looks??? And even if everyone in those chapters were willing to pay, if the house is functional there's no need to put money into that when it could go into better things like philanthropy and sisterhood
