I'm a junior, and this would be my personal list:
Pros:
Have a bunch of girls supporting you
You meet a lot of people/make connections
Opportunities to volunteer/take on leadership for your resume
Lots of partying (if you're into that)
Always have someone to do something with you
Can help you come out of your shell if you're shy
Cons:
Expensive
Big time commitment
There can be drama (in EVERY house)
Rush really hurts the self esteem of some girls
