When the numbers come out, they will show that general fall rush for frats was way down. Delt held out for really good guys, but, with the top frats getting their pick of the smaller rush, there were fewer quality PNMs filtering down to Delt. Delt could have done what KSig did, which was to offer a bid to everyone, but they didn't want to lower their standards. They are taking new membership a little more seriously now than they did going into fall.
