spring cob

I heard that most sororities do spring rush/cob but a lot of them do it low-key and you just have to know someone in the house to know. Is this true?

Panhellenic tells houses under numbers in the spring that they'll be doing spring rush. Usually about half the chapters will do it depending on how many girls drop or graduate in fall or whatever. Houses with low retention rates (girls drop, way under quota, etc.) will have more spots available so they will do a spring rush. If it's just 4 or 5, it's generally low key.

Ummmmmm Have friends? If they want you in their chapter, they'll give you info about spring rush if they're doing it and If your friends don't and they're doing spring rush, they don't want you.

Make an effort to know sorority members now. Tell them that you are interested, Soring rush is VERY small and limited compare to fall.
