it’s by chapter total, so it’ll take into account both the girls left in the new pc, any girls who dropped/graduated

So should sororities know by now if they are doing spring because they already initiated the new pc and they know which girls are graduating in the fall? They also know the chapter total. I’m just wondering becaus I emailed a sorority about two weeks ago and they said they aren’t doing spring, but how do they know already?

Maybe that chapter is so far above campus total now they know they will not be recruiting in the spring.

Shouldn’t they know if they are doing spring then because quota is already released? Or does the quota change for spring?
