which middle tier frat, chi phi and above, is the easiest to get a bid from?

Most of the mid-tier frats are going to need a healthy spring rush. The Delts will be most selective and Chi Phi the least selective, although I agree that Kappa Sig gives bids to everyone. But they don't initiate everyone.
