whats the chances if an average junior getting a bid if he rushed around 3 middle tier frats?

There isn’t an equation for this stuff, just rush where you want to and see what happens. It’s not rocket science, if you’re a good fit a middle tier frat will take you.

If you have a limp handshake and can't make eye contact, your chances are near 0%. But if you have average character and looks, which is how you describe yourself, you'll get a bid from all the frats at the lower end of the rankings.
