DDD/ Sigma Kappa (DG, Gamma Phi will be up here once built)
DZ/ Kappa/ Chi O/ KD/ Aopi
Theta/ Phi Mu/ ADPi
PI phi/ Deeph/ AXO
Aephi

Zeta not ranked because under construction and not sure how it will look as haven’t seen plans

Pi Phi, DphiE, AXO, Aephi are all in serious need of reno. Know phi mu and ADPi have Reno or new construction planned\n\n\n\n\n

Yeah I agree with you they all are really old houses that needs to be turn down and build a new one , Hopefully with some chapters getting Renovation and building new houses they would be smart enough to tell their nationals on helping them build a new one .
