is pi lamb going to continue moving down?

A lot of their new pledges are pretty bad in terms of looks and character and their pc is overall pretty small. A lot of ppl apparently don't like them which can reduce their amount of spring rushees and they don't have a hoco pair to top it off. Should they continue to be upper mid or should they be placed further down

Prob will be bottom of the mid tiers by the end of the semester.
