Can someone tell me if it's easier to rush in the spring as in is it easier to get a bid for sororities? I know only some houses do spring and I'm fine with that. I just need to know if it will be easier than fall to get a bid.

Do spring, go to all of the events you can and see if you get a bid. And if you do get a bid you might as well accept and test it until dues because you're not bound to anything like fall rush. If you accept a bid in the spring and then drop you can rush again in fall

If you accept a bid in the spring you can't drop and accept a bid in the fall; you would have to wait a year to be eligible for another bid. The one year rule for sororities applies no matter what.

are you as likely to get a bid? no. there will only be a few spots. however, it is worth going to spring rush because if you do manage to get a bid, you just saved yourself from having to wait until fall. I mean, going to a COB dinner for a couple hours and getting a bid is 100x easier than running around for a week in august. worst case scenario, you get to know a couple of chapters a little better and enjoy some time meeting people before fall rush.
