spring rush - help

There is not an organized spring rush like you are thinking. It is up to individual houses to decide if they want to give spring bids and panhellenic doesn't have anything to do with it. Only houses that fall below whatever the campus house total is are eligible to take new members in spring, so not every house will do it. Those that do are only looking for a small number to replace members who graduate in December or drop. And usually those houses already have an idea of who they want and just offer bids on the DL to their friends without announcing anything, and only sometimes will a house host an event. You usually need to already know members in a house to have a chance at spring bids, IF they are offering them. Your best chance at getting a bid is always during formal recruitment in the fall.
