Since Alpha Phi is New , Have they started on talks about building a house yet ?

Maybe talks but I can assure you that it will be much longer than anyone is promising. UF hasn't even started clearing the land

Will be completed by Recruitment 2020 already have plans and closing on land soon! House will be gorgeous! So excited!

GPhi said the same thing when they colonized, that it would be done by 2yrs. New construction is never that smooth, plan on at least 3

Alpha Phi comes in big, will build a strat castle --like at Bama. Ole Miss, LSU, Kentucky and the one under construction at UGA right now. Say what you like, but there nationals play to win and a great big beautiful house is part of the game plan.
