Hoesntly not a lot of houses cob from what I’m hearing I know gamma phi is that’s it. You have to contact gamma phi directly for a cob.

if I was dropped from a house can I still COB if I know PNMs and an upperclassman in the sorority? Should I reach out to them first?

I am sorry, but here is the bad news. If they dropped you they aren't going to turn around and offer you a bid. That upperclassman couldn't help you the first time around so it won't be any better now. And those PNM's, who aren't PNM's anymore but New Members, have zero votes or influence in offering bids because they aren't initiated yet.

my chapter had to do COB early because chapters aren’t allowed to COB while alpha phi is recruiting so I would just go out for alpha phi or wait for spring (which most houses still don’t do fyi)
