houses and rising
by: Quick qHow long does it take for a house to rise/ what goes into it? How is it different for newer houses (like gphi and aephi) and older houses (like xo or phi mu)? How did pi phi and dz move up so much when they were new?

Phi mu, Sk, Axo , Kappa have always been bottom tier houses and they are going to stay that way forever. They will never be middle tier houses. Kd and zeta were not always top tier houses. It use to be DG, ADPi and Tri Delt for decades. Adpi and DDD have hung on to the top 4 forever and DG had declined. Do not count DG out they can turn this around if they can recruit true top tier girls. I really do not see thing changing except Pi phi taking over Aoi and DG's place. I preffed there and they are nice and genuine and girls do not drop . They have an awesome sisterhood. No I am not in Pi phi either. If I were on Delta Gamma or Aoi I would be watching my back. In the next 5 years Aoi will go down a lot and do will DElta Gamma.

You really seem to have a problem with Aopi, i have seen other posts calling them Aoi and saying mean things. Also, you admitted that ranks do change in your comment about kd & zta rising. So your comment that other chapters can never rise or change makes no sense. Both axo & pm have risen a bit over time, and kkg at one point used to be considered mid tier. You seem to like piphi which was so bad off at one point they had to leave campus and have risen only after years and years of hard work. Things can change, but it usually takes a long time.

I mean...............You can hate PBP for whatever reason you want but to call them out for leaving campus over 35 years ago is stupid..As if other chapters that are considered "top" on this campus haven't had worse scandals in the past 4 years?

Not the point, the point was that pbp did change and has risen significantly over time. That’s a good thing, they should be proud. Also, tired of seeing the mean posts about “aoi”, dg, and about lower tiers. Clearly change can happen, pbp is one of the best examples. It doesn’t happen overnight though, that was 35 years of dedicated effort.

Ummmm Phi Mu is a relatively newer house compared to the other sororities. They replaced Phi Sigma Sigma
