why isn't chi omega a top house?

I swear by anything that I am not a Chi Omega member. I was actually dropped by them after the first round. Why aren't they a top house? They're pretty, sweet, and veryy smart. So why are they so low in the rankings?

They're very meh, compared to the houses above them. Nothing wrong with them. They're sweet but they don't stand out
