I know at some school you are guaranteed at least one bid is UF like this?

No. There will be PNMs released from recruitment. I do not know the number except I know it will be small. If you make it to pref round then you should get a bid unless you suicide which can actually keep you from getting your #1 choice so don’t think about it.
