G Phi: new house opening fall 2018
DG: new house opening summer 2019
ZTA: house being extensively renovated starting fall 2018 (won’t be usable)
ADPi: house being knocked down spring 2019
DDD: built on a sinkhole, needs to be rebuilt soon
Every other house on row will be knocking down and rebuilding within the next 5 years. Stay woke

They won’t be able to use it for the 2019-2020 school year. All of the houses have to go down, and almost all of them will in the next 4 years, they were built decades ago. Basically no matter where pnms go they’re more than likely not going to have a house for 1/4 years

Xo already finished renovations last year. Nothing new for a while.

phi mu is also renovating- adding a three story addition/entry way and redoing the interior... girls are still living in house tho
