zeta not having a house

I heard zeta is redoing their house the day after bid day. Does this mean they wont be able to use their house all year for meals or anything? I heard they are keeping dues the same too

Yes, remodeling, and no, dues will be much cheaper

Yes the house will be renovated and amazing next year and although no house next year the dues will be significantly lower, not that it will really matter come bid day.

The lower dues or lack of house won't impact their bids in anyway. They will still remain on top. House or not, everyone wants to go ZTA.
