phidelt "dry house"

So I've been told that phidelt lost their off campus house "Fort" because the landlord doesn't want them to renew since they wrecked it. That's why they've been throwing parties at their fraternity house this summer but it's technically a "dry house". How do you think that will play out in the fall? Can they get in trouble if they keep on doing this?
