Nice, cute girls. The ones I know are really funny. Pretty solid house, nothing amazing and nothing terrible.

I would say it's easier in the sense that you don't need to be drop dead gorgeous or be an outstanding pnm. However, DZ (and every other sorority) will be able to tell if you would be a good fit or not. If the girls who rush you can genuinely see you as a sister, they won't drop you. As long as you are yourself during rush you will end up where you belong, because you belong with the people that want you exactly the way you are :)

Very "girl next door"; come off as more genuine/down to earth than facey or showy like some of the other sororities (they still know how to have fun though)

Their looks don't justify their rank. The sororities they are in between have way more attractive girls but DZ pairs with decent frats despite this.

why does it matter how the girls look? everyone on here is so concerned about looks and ranks it’s ridiculous, that’s not what a sorority is all about
