top 3 houses

It’s always so funny to me that as rush gets closer and closer other houses try to sway PNM’s to think they’re better than they actually are. The top 3 are:
ZTA
ADPi
KD
ZTA’s are fun, gorgeous and hot — people love them cause they know how to have fun. ADPi’s are smart and sweet but also know how to have fun and they are gorgeous. KD has 2 smart, beautiful women running for Miss Florida and the girls in their house are so friendly and gorgeous. You cannot go wrong with any of these houses cause they are all friends with each other (Headbangerz) and they all have a totally different and awesome vibe as you all will see during rush.

Notice how all people ever say about ZTA is that they’re hot and pretty? Don’t go to a house just cause they’re known for being “hot” cause honestly most the girls in there aren’t even that cute (and I agree that adpi,ZTA, kd are top) but just focus on qualities that are more than just looks....

Get your head out of your ass... dg, ddd, aopi are not as good as adpi, zta or kd and everyone seem to agree unless you’re in one of those houses. Even if we didn’t focus on looks, their friendliness and personality alone are way better overall.

Bottom line is ZTA has it all including brains. Seems KD and adpi want to down play that because they think that's the only play they have ZTA beat. Wrong. Intelligence is a huge factor in ZTA so just stop being a jealous hater of girls that have it all

I don’t know if it’s just the last two pledge classes or what but honestly zetas kinda slacking in the looks department...sure they’re pretty but going as far to say that they’re all gorgeous or even on par with Kd and Adpi as far as looks go is kinda stretching it if we’re talking about the most recent pledge classes

Yeah take another look. You can say what you want but the girls iof ZTA are gorgeous and smart and kind so take your hate and run back to your hole (and I won't mention which hole) but you're being very obvious.

These comments were posted within minutes of each other it’s either 1 weirdo ZTA posting over and over or a bunch of ZTAs are feeling insecure and are on Greek tank trying to talk down other houses. PNM’s choose your houses wisely...

ZTA/ADPi/KD are the top 3 houses. Houses full of Miss UF's/Miss Florida's and they're all beautiful and charming...the only thing that's different is the vibe of the house and that all depends on your rush experience.
Can't go wrong with any of these house since they all have the HeadBangerz event together every year.

KD is not at ZTAs and ADPIs level. . They have not had top recruitments in recent years like ZTA, ADPI and even DDD.

Hey dg/ddd/aopii- your ragging on kd is obvious and everyone can see through it. And they’re the top 3 for a reason....kd had a miss Florida in their house and adpi had the other Fechtel sister in theirs and one of ZTA’s sisters made runner up one year.

At least Kay Dee , a Dee Pi and Zeta Know where they belong! Top 3 Baby. Everyone knows it. God some real Dawes in Dg Dd and Aoi. Welcome to the reject column Dg ddd and Aoi. If you can not get into Zta Kd or Adpi go to the middle tier such as Pi phi , ddd, Dg and Aoi.

The first thing you notice about ZTA's are their looks. They are gorgeous. Then when you get to know them you learn they are also beautiful on the inside ,as well as smart and involved. Any PNM would be lucky to get a bid from the top houses at UF and for the record they are:
ADPI/ZTA
DDD/KD
AOPI/DG
It's disturbing to me how KD keeps putting themselves on the same level with ZTA and ADPI because they are NOT!
