It’s very difficult unless you are beautiful/hot and outgoing/involved or have stellar connections. PCs will probably be in the 70s. So think of the top 140 PNMs going thru rush. Have an open mind!

They both do a fantastic job at rush and everyone will rank them high after each round, but rush isn't really a competition between PNMs because at the end of the day it's the sororities who are choosing who gets invited back. Zta and Adpi (and all the other sororities) spend a lot of time together and will be able to tell if you would be a good fit. However, Zta and Adpi also have their pick of the litter because they know most girls will want to come back, so they get to be very exclusive and selective. So go in confident and excited, but don't count on being invited back and don't feel bad if you get dropped! You will find your home somewhere, and whichever sorority sees something in you and wants you for exactly who you are is where you belong :)

The top houses have to cut more PNMs than the lower tier houses due to return rates. Panhellenic has this data and tells the houses how many can come back each round so this makes top houses more selective. Don’t be surprised if you get an invite back to a house that you ranked last. It happens a lot. Just focus on finding your place at UF.
